Donor Wall / History Wall
This donor wall was designed to honor contributors to the “Feeding the Hungry Heart” campaign.
City Mission exists to meet the needs of the hungry and homeless in the upstate NY area; providing community outreach and emergency services since 1906.
We always seek imagery that captures our client’s core identity, history, and most importantly – their spirit. Sometimes we find it in a building, a landscape, or symbols. But when a nonprofit’s core value is to serve humanity, we need to show people. We choose to depict their clients. Individuals who were fed and sheltered by City Mission.
An archival photograph collection inspired the design concept: a ceramic “photo album” glazed in sepia to create a monochromatic effect.
